Crafted is a product of Adamant Media LLC. In this policy, "Crafted," "we," "us" and "our" mean Adamant Media LLC and the Crafted product it operates.
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use Crafted, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers everyone who uses Crafted: people on a personal plan, company administrators, and team members who receive their posts by email.
If your company gave you access to Crafted, your company controls its workspace. Your company's administrators can see the content and delivery status in that workspace, and your company's own privacy notice may also apply to you.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us, information created as you use Crafted, and a small amount collected automatically.

Please don't put passwords, payment card numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information into writing samples, stories or prompts. Crafted doesn't need them to write your posts.
2. How we use information
We use your information to run Crafted for you and your company, and for nothing unrelated to that.
- Write your posts. We use your voice profile, stories, company facts and guardrails to draft posts and images in your voice.
- Deliver them. We email your drafts on your schedule, send story questions, and send reminders you can turn off.
- Check drafts. We check each draft against your company's guardrails and hold any that need a person to look at them.
- Show results. We count posts, reactions and comments so you and your company can see what's working.
- Run accounts and billing. We sign you in, manage your plan and trial, and send receipts and account notices.
- Support and improve Crafted. We answer your questions, fix problems, and look at how features are used so we can make them better.
- Keep Crafted safe. We prevent abuse, limit repeated sign-in attempts, investigate security problems, and meet legal obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't use your content to train AI models.
3. LinkedIn
Crafted never logs in to LinkedIn as you and never posts for you.
- We don't ask for your LinkedIn password and don't connect to your LinkedIn account.
- You copy each draft and post it yourself, from your own account.
- When you tap "I posted it," you can add the public link to your post. We use a data collection service, Apify, to read that public page's reaction, comment and repost counts a few times in the first month after posting.
- We only read posts you've linked. We don't read your feed, messages, connections or anyone else's profile.
- Deleting a post or your account in Crafted doesn't delete the post on LinkedIn. You manage that on LinkedIn.
4. How Crafted uses AI
Crafted uses outside AI models to write drafts, and those providers don't train their models on what we send them.
- Anthropic (Claude) writes your drafts and images. We send it the information needed for each draft: your voice profile, relevant stories and company facts, guardrails, and any files that apply.
- OpenAI is used only for optional research features: finding sources for post ideas and sorting the example posts in our reference library. We send it topics and reference material, not your stories or writing samples.
- Both providers' business terms say they don't use data sent through their APIs to train their models unless the customer opts in. We haven't opted in. Both may keep data for a limited time to monitor for abuse.
- AI drafts can be wrong. Crafted tells the model to use only facts you've approved, but you're responsible for checking a post before you publish it.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with the companies that help us run Crafted, with your own company's workspace, and when the law requires it.
Service providers. These companies process information for us under contracts that limit how they can use it.

Your company's workspace. If you use Crafted through your employer, its administrators can see your profile, voice settings, drafts, delivery status and results in that workspace.
Legal reasons. We may share information if the law requires it, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, Crafted or others.
Business transfers. If Adamant Media LLC or Crafted is sold, merged or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
6. Cookies and analytics
Crafted uses a few cookies to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics to understand how people use our website.

The sign-in cookies are needed for Crafted to work. You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't respond to Do Not Track signals because there's no common standard for them.
7. How long we keep information
We keep your information while your account or your company's workspace is active, and delete it after it closes.

Canceling a subscription doesn't delete your data on its own. Ask us to delete it (see section 8). If you use Crafted through your employer, your company decides when its workspace is deleted, but you can still contact us.
8. Your choices and rights
You can see, correct, download or delete your information by emailing us, and you control which emails Crafted sends you.
Emails. You can pause your drafts, change your posting days, or turn off story questions and reminders from any Crafted email or from your settings. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We'll still send account, billing and security notices.
Your privacy rights. Several US states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Virginia, give residents rights over their personal information. We honor these requests from all of our users in the US:
- Know and access: what personal information we have about you and how we use it
- Correct: fix information that's wrong
- Delete: have us delete your information, with limited exceptions such as billing records we must keep
- Portability: get a copy of your information in a common format
- Opt out: of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising and profiling. We don't do any of these.
- Appeal: ask us to reconsider if we turn down a request
We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
How to make a request. Email [PRIVACY EMAIL] from the address on your account. We'll confirm your identity, and we'll respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent if they can show they're acting for you. If you use Crafted through your employer, we may work with your company's administrator to handle the request. To appeal a decision, reply to our response with "Appeal" in the subject line.
9. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and limits on who can reach production data. Each company's workspace is kept separate from every other workspace. Team members sign in with one-time email links instead of passwords, and we limit repeated sign-in attempts. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we'll notify you as the law requires.
10. Where your information is stored
Crafted is run from the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States by us and our service providers. Some providers may process information in other countries under their own safeguards.
11. Children
Crafted is a professional tool for adults. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in Crafted before it takes effect.
